My name is Jennifer, and I am a registered acupuncturist and the owner of Elemental Acupuncture & Integrative Wellness. It is a deep honour to support your health!

My goal is to work with the body with its innate intelligence and the nervous system to decrease stress to bring harmony to any imbalances, or just be a bolster of support in a tough time in life. We all go through hardships, but we do not have to go through them alone. My belief is we heal more effectively with support of others in our community. My beliefs inform my practice, and my focus’ are primarily stress, trauma, hormone balance, fertility, and post viral illness detoxification

My current schedule is limited, as I heal from Lyme disease that completely sidelined my life last year. I am currently at a reduced availability based on my health, and it will open up to more availability in time. Text me or use the waitlist option if you don’t see a time that works for you! If I am unwell, I cannot give good service and that is my priority. Can’t pour from an empty cup, right?

My background is in health and wellness, as a personal trainer and working in sport nutrition and supplementation for over a decade. This background grounds my ability to give extra support where needed for lifestyle adjustments. I also use Chinese Dietary Therapy as part of my acupuncture practice to support our work together.

The method of acupuncture I primarily utilize is based on the 8 extraordinary vessels, and these incredible meridians can connect us back to prenatal essence, our vitality, our ancestors and our deep selves.
